TikBon.nl ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data when you visit our website and use our services.
2. What data do we collect?
We collect and process the following personal data:
- Account data: Email address, password (encrypted)
- Business data: Business name, address, KvK (Chamber of Commerce) number, VAT number, IBAN
- Client data: Names and email addresses of your clients for invoicing
- Invoice data: Invoice amounts, descriptions, dates
- Payment data: Transaction data via our payment provider Mollie
- Origin: How you first found TikBon (the first page you visited, the website that referred you to us and any campaign code). We keep this for 90 days in a functional cookie of TikBon itself and, when you create an account, in your account data. Nothing is shared with third parties.
3. How do we use your data?
We use your data for:
- Providing our invoicing services
- Processing payments via Mollie
- Sending invoices to your clients
- Improving our services
- Complying with legal obligations
4. Sharing data
We share your data with:
- Mollie: For payment processing
- Resend: For sending emails
- Stripe: For subscription management
We never sell your data to third parties.
5. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as you have an active account, plus 7 years after your account ends, to comply with Dutch tax record-keeping obligations.

You have the right to:
- Access your data

- Have your data deleted (subject to legal obligations)
